COURSE DETAILS

Duration: 5-6 hours
Cost: $149 + HST

CSA Standards B354.1-04, B354.2 and B354.4 clearly indicate that operators of powered elevated work platforms must have received adequate oral and written instructions, complemented by hands-on training.

This program consists of a 2-3 hour classroom training session followed by a practical operating test and is recommended for new and existing operators of multiple types of elevated work platforms and aerial work platforms. This course covers scissor lifts, straight and knuckle booms as per CSA standards for elevated work platforms.

Who Should Attend:

Personnel who work in PEWPs (Powered Elevating Work Platforms) or near them on the ground need to understand the hazards, the basic regulatory requirements, and the safety work practices that must be followed to prevent accidents and injuries.

Course Requirements:

Working at Heights training is prerequisite to participating in this course. Attendees must wear CSA-certified safety boots, hardhat and safety glasses during practical session.

Completion Requirements:

100% attendance, passing grade on knowledge evaluation, and demonstration of practical competency with your specific equipment.

Certification:

Each participant will receive a proof of training certificate upon successful completion.
